At Woccy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase due to size or color mismatches or if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help.
We have a free 7-day trial policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Size or Color Mismatches: If you receive an item that does not match the size or color you ordered, you may return it for an exchange or a refund.
- Damaged items : If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and unspoiled: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all labels, tags, boxes, and plastic wrap.
3. Return Process

- Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid return label if the return is due to our error (e.g., size or color mismatch, damaged item). For all other returns, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, please initiate the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
